How to create an inclusive and welcoming Facebook community

Katie has admitted that her superpower is creating community. She has been able to use this superpower to create a large and active Facebook group. The group started small with people that she personally knew. One secret that she shares to create inclusivity is that she designated brand ambassadors within the group to help create content and respond to posts so that it became extremely active. Although she no longer has official brand ambassadors now, there are several people that naturally take this role on their own. If you are wondering how to create a more inclusive Facebook group then listen to Katie’s advice on this episode of My Biz Bestie.

She knows that people want to feel connected in whatever space they are in. She embraces this by helping business owners immediately feel connected in any of her communities that they are involved in. Listen to Katie discuss how to create inclusive live and virtual communities on this episode of My Biz Bestie.

How does Katie manage her time and stay active on Facebook?

Facebook is a huge time suck. It is hard to stay focused on your business if you are actively posting and interacting in Facebook groups as well. There is a balancing act that needs to occur if you ever want to get any work done. Do you have a hard time managing your time? If so, listen to this episode to hear how Katie is able to strike the balance between posting and managing her free Facebook community and her paid mastermind groups.

What kind of support system does Katie have for herself?

Katie admits not having a biz bestie relationship, but she knows what kind of help she needs and actively seeks the right person to help support her through whatever she is going through at the time. She has even been able to use the support of the communities that she has created to use as her own support system.
